After several weeks of troubleshooting my air conditioning system and pretty much figuring out what the problem was on my own the blower motor After putting in another blower motor myself and not working, I’m taking it to another mechanic that really couldn’t figure it out as well I decided to give Valley high Nissan a shot My service advisor. Amber was awesome. I still need a buyer a coffee Valley eye service department confirmed it was the blower motor and order a new one a little pricey I must say, but that’s not the service department‘s fault it’s a Nissan‘s fault So hopefully in a couple of days, I can piggyback off this review and say everything is working great Thank you, Amber for the wonderful customer service. I couldn’t have done a better job myself you deserve a raise and a promotion Just to add onto this review On Tuesday, I was called saying my part payment for the blower motor So I entered my day early and went back to Nissan They were able to put in the blower motor and I got air again They did have some little problems, keeping the air cool But they got into work and it’s keeping cold now I actually had to shut it down this morning because I got too cold So again, I’d like to thank Amber for her patience And her expert customer service And I forgot the master technician’s name But thank you to him as well I am glad I was able to diagnose the problem that it was the blower motor Hopefully, I didn’t make your job harder I hope I made it easier after all I took the glove box out for you I don’t know if Customer is working on their cars annoys Technicians with high skills like yourself But I know as a satellite technician sometimes a customer trying to work on their own satellite made my job harder Sorry, I apologies if I made your job harder And I thank everybody for getting me out of there At less of a cost than was estimated And I got to thinking this morning Maybe Nissan cars aren’t as bad as they seem If the owner doesn’t Slack on the maintenance And yes, I took a blow at myself Thank you again Valley hi Nissan Service department

Valley High Nissan is the only dealership I know of, who has ever went above and beyond to secure my past auto loans. I have less then perfect credit and they always somehow, seem to manage getting the car that I want approved for credit when others say no.

The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive to my needs.
