Mixed feelings about this place.
They made things EXTREMELY stressful and difficult for me with their unwillingness to honor a warranty claim when I did nothing wrong. That wasn't on Mazai, my service advisor, who is a great guy. That was the fault of Mark, the service director. Dude could have been a good human being and did the right thing from the start, but he refused numerous times.
All Mark did was slow things down and stress my family and I out. They ended up replacing the engine in my car anyway, thanks to Mazai.

Nissan dealership was very helpful. Zion, and Marshall were very friendly and did a great job in helping us get our new vehicle. Cody Richie also did a great job on our financing part of purchasing the vehicle.

Went in for my regular oil change and as usual I was told that additional service is required that would cost $1500.-2500. My vehicle is older and I have kept it well maintained and was only used as a commuter/second vehicle. Not even 10,000. miles /yr. Nissan will find an issue every time!
